1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Innovation Hacks, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. User Accounts
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Innovation Hacks. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload malicious code, harass other users, impersonate others, spam or send unsolicited messages, scrape platform data without permission, violate any applicable laws, or use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines.
4. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you create and submit to the platform. By posting content, you grant Innovation Hacks a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the platform. The Innovation Hacks brand, design, and underlying code are our intellectual property.
5. Limitation of Liability
Innovation Hacks is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
7. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through binding arbitration. By using Innovation Hacks, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
